Your rights

You have the following rights as a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR:

• Right of access: You have the right to request information from us about how your data is used and you can request a copy of your data processed by us. The exercise of your right to information must not affect the rights of other persons. In the case of extensive data processing, we initially limit the information to a section of it, unless the request for information is explicitly aimed at precisely this data processing.
• Right to rectification: You have the right to request the rectification of your data. This also includes the completion of incomplete personal data.
• Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): You have the right to request the erasure of your data. Your right to erasure is excluded if the data processing is necessary to exercise the rights to freedom of expression and information, if the data must be stored for a longer period of time due to other legal provisions or if there is any other legal reason for further processing.

Use of technical cookies

The purpose of the processing is to answer the user’s questions.

By filling out the contact form with their data, the user authorizes the controller to use the data provided there to respond to requests for information, offers or other types of requests. The personal data processed in this context are name, address and e-mail address.

The legal basis for the collection is the consent of the user. The data will be deleted after the purpose has been fulfilled.
